There are also several practical additions to the app that OnStar users didn't even realize they needed! Now OnStar RemoteLink can provide users with access to OnStar account details that previously could only be retrieved by phone or OnStar.com, it offers users easy management of data consumption, and it even has the ability to turn WiFi hotspot settings on or off.
Currently OnStar RemoteLink is only offering iPhone and Android customers a new user experience, but it will soon be available for download for Windows Phone and Blackberry users within the next few weeks.
